This is a diverse technology role with a balanced focus on hands-on IT support, computerized systems and validation activities, and practical AI and digital solutions. It is designed for someone with a strong IT foundation, structured thinking, technological curiosity, and an exceptional ability to learn independently.

The position is based on-site in Kiryat Gat, reports to the VP Operations, and works closely with the company’s Global IT / Information Systems Team.

Key Responsibilities

IT, Systems & End-User Support

• Serve as the primary local IT focal point at the Kiryat Gat site, working closely with the Global IT Team. Provide direct technical support to employees and independently troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
• Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments and enterprise user, identity, access, and permission management.

Computerized Systems Validation (CSV)

• Support and progressively take ownership of Computerized Systems Validation activities from the IT and computerized-systems perspective, under the professional guidance of the Validation Manager and in collaboration with QA, users and technical stakeholders.
• Perform risk assessments, understand requirements, define test scope, write test protocols / test cases and acceptance criteria, and execute documented testing.
• Document test evidence and deviations, coordinate re-testing as needed, and maintain appropriate traceability and validation documentation.

AI, Automation & Digital Solutions

• Identify practical AI and digital use cases and translate scientific or business needs into implementable solutions, from evaluation and prototyping through adoption.
• Evaluate, configure, build and implement practical solutions using AI, Generative AI, automation and low-code/no-code tools to support scientific development and business processes.

Required Qualifications

• Several years of practical experience in IT / Systems roles within an organizational environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, high learning agility, initiative and ownership, with strong analytical thinking and a structured, documentation-oriented approach.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation, follow structured testing processes, and communicate effectively in English, including writing, reading and fluent spoken communication.

Strong Advantages

• Experience with Software or System Testing, including writing and executing test cases, test protocols or other structured testing documentation.
• Experience with or exposure to Computerized Systems Validation (CSV), GxP, or another regulated environment.
• Experience in Life Sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical environments.
• Hands-on experience using AI / Generative AI, automation, or low-code/no-code tools to create practical internal solutions.
• Familiarity with GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 11, Data Integrity, or the Validation Lifecycle.
• Experience with business applications or enterprise systems and their implementation, support, or lifecycle management.
• Experience with SAP Business One.
